LG entered the ‘superphone’ race with its Optimus 4X HD. The device has a 1.5 GHz Nvidia Tegra3 quad-core processor and runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich. Presently the phone is not available in the Indian market. During the launch the company said that they will start the shipment to European market in the second quarter of this year. 4. Huawei Ascend D:
With Huawei Ascend D the company has gone one step ahead of in competition. This new superphone has an in-house developed quad-core processor- Huawei K3V2. Like Apple, Huawei is also steeping forward to have a strong foothold in the field of own application processor.
