HCL infosystems launched its first Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich based tablets in India. The Me Tab U1 is price at

These two tablets have a price tag of
11,499 and 9,999 respectively.All these tablets are powered by 1 GHz single core processor, has 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of internal storage, 7 inch capacitive display, MicroSD card slot for expandable memory and for connectivity it has USB, micro USB 2.0, Wi-Fi and supports 3G via USB modem.
